Totally! this is our bread and butter, after you place the order, write to us at sayhello@saysurprise.com or Message us on WhatsApp or call us at +91-8247665716 (10:00 AM-10:00 PM, Monday-Sunday) with the order number.

Delivery address not available

We got you! We also organize deliveries where the sender cannot provide the recipient's delivery address. Please read the terms and conditions section below, you may also reach us at +91-8247665716 or sayhello@saysurprise.com from Monday to Sunday (10:00 am to 10:00 pm).

Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.

This is a unique service that we offer i.e we accept orders without the recipients delivery address and coordinate a delivery with the recipient on your behalf in good faith; this puts us in a position where-in we need the flexibility to cancel orders at our discretion in some cases and process partial, full or no refunds.

    1. If the recipient refuses to share their address, we provide the option for an alternate local address for delivery or a pickup from our flagship store for a limited time.
    2. If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery. However we offer the recipient a chance to inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor. We provide an option for the sender to arrange for a pickup from our flagship store for a limited time.
    3. If the recipient shares wrong shipping/delivery address, we provide an option for the sender to arrange for a pickup from our flagship store for a limited time.
    4. If the receiver declines to accept the order from our delivery executive, we provide an option for the sender to arrange for a pickup from our flagship store for a limited time.
    5. If the recipient is not available, we provide an option for the sender to arrange for a pickup from our flagship store for a limited time.
    6. If the premises is locked, we provide an option for the sender to arrange for a pickup from our flagship store for a limited time.
