saysurprise retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Hyderabad, India, only.

If saysurprise is unable to deliver your order, then a complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.

Products and Pricing

All products listed on the website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change from time to time. Purchase of a product on the website is subject to availability of stock.

saysurprise reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice.

The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products.

Orders and Acceptance of Orders

When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such offer is subject to acceptance by us. Your receipt (email/SMS/push notification) of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

As this is a very unique service that we offer and we accept orders without recipients delivery address and coordinate a delivery with the recipient on your behalf in good faith; this puts us in a position where-in we have the flexibility to cancel orders at our discretion and process partial, full or no refunds.

Quality of products

If any non perishable product is defective please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.

We currently do not offer refunds for perishable items, eatables such as cookies, cakes, pops, and flowers, etc. However we will work on replacement product, please contact us at the earliest and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction.

Order cancellations by customer

Refund of order cancellations by a customer depend on the product and the time of cancellation. It is recommended to contact the customer care at the earliest.

Order cancellations by saysurprise

If any order has to be cancelled for any reason we will do our best to notify as soon as possible and arrange for an alternate to your satisfaction. However if you would rather prefer a refund, we will reimburse you the entire amount.

Substitution Policy

Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of flowers may be necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Every cake we offer is handcrafted and since each chef has their own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape. Occasionally, substitution of flavors/designs may be necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

In any such event, our team will ensure we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photograph shown and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Delivery

As this is a very unique service that we offer and we accept orders without recipients delivery address and coordinate a delivery with the recipient on your behalf in good faith; this puts us in a position where-in we have the flexibility to cancel orders at our discretion and process partial, full or no refunds.            

  1. If the recipient refuses to share their address.
  2. If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery.

However we offer the recipient a chance to inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor.

  1. If the recipient shares wrong shipping/delivery address.
  2. If the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

If the receiver declines to accept the order, we will provide the option for an alternate local address for delivery or a pickup from our flagship store for a limited time.

  1. If the recipient is not available.
  2. If the premises is locked.

Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.
